Why Haven't I Received My Reading Challenge Coins?
Congratulations on finishing your reading streak! If you've hit your goal but don't see those hard-earned free Coins in your Wallet yet, don't worry. Your reading progress is safe!
Here are the most common reasons why your coins might be missing and how to get them:
- You Might Need to "Claim" Them First!
Our system tracks your daily reading automatically, but sometimes you need to manually collect your prize!
- What to do: Go back to the Reading Challenge page in the app (found on the Profile page). Look for a shiny "Claim Reward" button. Tap it, and the coins should instantly fly into your Wallet!
- It Just Needs a Minute to Catch Up
Because thousands of readers are finishing challenges every minute, our system processes these rewards in the background.
- What to do: Sometimes, there is a tiny delay between you finishing the last chapter and our system updating your Wallet. Give it about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Refresh your Wallet: Close the Pratilipi app completely, open it again, and check your Wallet balance at the top of the screen.
- Did You Read Enough?
To make sure everyone is reading fairly, the system checks to ensure you actually scrolled through and spent enough time on the chapters to count for the daily streak.
- What to do: Double-check your Streak calendar to make sure today's reading was officially marked as "Complete" (usually a filled-in circle). If it isn't filled in yet, try reading one more chapter for a few minutes!

If you have a completed streak, you've hit the Claim button, and you’ve waited 15 minutes but your Wallet is still empty, please let us know!
Go to the Help / Support section in the app and send us a quick message. We can look at your reading history and manually add the missing coins to your account!
