Whenever you create a New Pratilipi Account using a Google account, the Gmail ID is by default added to your Pratilipi Account as well.
But in cases where you sign in using Facebook accounts, no email ids will be attached to your Pratilipi Account.
As a best practice, we advice every users to add an existing email id to your Pratilipi Account so that it would help you in:
- Getting regular newsletters from Pratilipi
- Better communication with Pratilipi
- Get to know what's happening around
- Retrieving Lost Accounts/Contents etc
How to add email?
- Go to your Profile
- Tap settings from top left corner on your profile page
- Select Account
- Tap Add Email
A verification link is sent to this newly added email. After verification, the mail ID is attached to your Pratilipi Account. Sometimes, due mail servers being busy or due to bad network verification link may take upto 24hrs to get delivered.
