There are occasions when notifications may be delayed or may not appear as the result of an outage.
From time to time we experience delays that lead to notifications, including story update notifications, being sent out later than they normally would. From our experience, notifications do get sent eventually. We will continue to work on improving performance on our end, and we ask for your patience as we work on this.
If you are still having issues, please try the steps below:
From Android App:
- Turn off your notification settings and save these changes, and then wait a few minutes before turning them on again
- Toggle your wi-fi/data connection off and on again, or try connecting to another wi-fi network
- Try logging out and back into your account, making sure to completely close the app
- Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
