Users who subscribe to you by paying 25 Rupees per month will automatically be a part of your Superfan Chatroom. If you see any messages that are being reported again and again or if an author does not want a particular user to be a part of their Superfan Chatroom then the author can remove the user from the chatroom. Once you remove a user from the Superfan Chatroom you will not be able to add the user in the Superfan Chatroom again. However he/ she will be the superfan and can continue to enjoy all the benefits of superfan subscription except for chatroom.

Please Note: The user will be removed from your Superfan Chatroom but will still be able to read and write reviews for your content. Also give your contents ratings. If you wish to remove the person from there as well, please report the user to [email protected] with the reason for removing the user from profile completely. We will look into the matter and resolve it within 24 hours.
