How Do I Check the Status of My Payment or Subscription?

If you've recently bought Coins, purchased a Premium Subscription, or supported an author as a Superfan, you can easily check the status of your payment and see your complete purchase history right inside the app!

 

Here is how you can find all your payment details:

 

  1. Check Your Subscription Status

If you just bought a Premium or Superfan Subscription and want to see if it's active:

 

  • For Premium: Go to the Premium tab (usually a crown or star icon on the bottom menu). It will clearly show if you are an "Active Subscriber" and tell you when your plan will renew or expire.
  • For Superfan: Go to the profile of the author you supported. If your payment was successful, you will see a shiny Superfan Badge on your own profile when you comment, and the author's private chatroom will be unlocked for you!

 

  1. View Your Payment & Coin History

Want to see exactly what you spent your money or Coins on? We have a digital receipt book built just for you!

 

  1. Open the Pratilipi app and click on the Premium icon at the top left
  2. Tap on the My Coins section.
  3. Look for an option called ‘View Transaction History’ and look for the ‘Purchases’ tab.
  4. Here, you will see a detailed list of every single purchase you’ve made! It will show you:
    1. Type of purchase made (Premium, Superfan or Coins)
    2. When was the purchase made 
    3. Amount spent for subscriptions
    4. Order ID for your purchase


Still need help? If your bank says the money was taken out but your Pratilipi history doesn’t shows it, just take a screenshot from you UPI app and send it to our Support Team! We’ll manually check the status and fix it for you right away.
