How Do I Check the Status of My Payment or Subscription?
If you've recently bought Coins, purchased a Premium Subscription, or supported an author as a Superfan, you can easily check the status of your payment and see your complete purchase history right inside the app!
Here is how you can find all your payment details:
- Check Your Subscription Status
If you just bought a Premium or Superfan Subscription and want to see if it's active:
- For Premium: Go to the Premium tab (usually a crown or star icon on the bottom menu). It will clearly show if you are an "Active Subscriber" and tell you when your plan will renew or expire.
- For Superfan: Go to the profile of the author you supported. If your payment was successful, you will see a shiny Superfan Badge on your own profile when you comment, and the author's private chatroom will be unlocked for you!
- View Your Payment & Coin History
Want to see exactly what you spent your money or Coins on? We have a digital receipt book built just for you!
- Open the Pratilipi app and click on the Premium icon at the top left
- Tap on the My Coins section.
- Look for an option called ‘View Transaction History’ and look for the ‘Purchases’ tab.
- Here, you will see a detailed list of every single purchase you’ve made! It will show you:
- Type of purchase made (Premium, Superfan or Coins)
- When was the purchase made
- Amount spent for subscriptions
- Order ID for your purchase
