When verifying your email address or resetting your password, you should receive an email from us. This email is sent to the email address that is linked to your Pratilipi account.
If you are not receiving the email, please make sure to:
- Check your spam folder
- Make sure Pratilipi is on the safe senders list
- Wait at least an hour, as the email might have been delayed
- You are looking at the right email account
NOTE: You can test if an email is linked to a particular account at https://english.pratilipi.com/login and tap "Forgot password" and enter the mail ID. If you receive an email to that account, you know it is linked!
