Unlawful Content

Published Works shall not be in violation of any and all applicable laws, including but not limited to the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and, the Information Technology Act, 2000 along with all rules and amendments made under such laws. This includes Published Works:

 

  1. which threaten

    1.  the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, 

    2. friendly relations with foreign states, or 

    3. public order. 

  2. which 

    1. is insulting to any other nation, 

    2. incites the commission of any offences, including terrorism or 

    3. prevents the investigation of offences.

  3. which relates to or encourages money laundering or gambling or consumption of illegal substances.

  4. which is deceiving or misleading about origin or the information contained therein.

  5. which is defamatory.

  6. which is false with an intention to mislead or harass a person, entity or agency for financial gain or to cause any injury to any person.

  7. Which contains software virus or any other computer code, file or program designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource
