Enforcement of Guidelines

You may report any violations of our policies and guidelines to Mr. Jitesh Donga, Grievance Officer at [email protected].

The below timelines shall apply to such reports:

  1. Acknowledgement of report within 24 hours.
  2. Resolution of issue within 15 working days.

Depending on the nature of violation or issue reported and whether it is a repeat offence, the Company, at its sole discretion, shall take one or more of the following actions:

  1. Issue warning to the user
  2. Require the user to fix the violation or deviation
  3. Block the user profile (This disables the user from logging on to the Website/Application using the blocked profile’s credentials. All the content of the user including contents and reviews get removed. The Company will provide 24 hours to the user for taking a back-up of the contents before blocking).

If the Company is required to provide any information to law enforcement authorities as required by law, the Company shall share such details as may be required to such authorities. In addition to the above, the Company may also preserve any information published on its website which has been removed or access to which has been disabled, basis any grievance received for violation our Usage Guidelines, and/or any associated records, for a period of 180 days or such longer period as may be required in compliance with applicable laws and/or order(s) by the court or relevant government agencies.
