Changed your phone and unable to access your old Pratilipi account? Don’t worry — in most cases, your account can be recovered easily by logging in with the same account you used earlier.

First, Try Logging In With Your Old Account

Your Pratilipi account data — including reading history, subscriptions, followers, coins, and purchases — is linked to your original login method.

Please try the following:

1. Open the Pratilipi app on your new phone.
2. Tap on Sign In.
3. Log in using the same:
   • Google account
   • Facebook account
   • Email ID
   that you used on your old phone.

Important: Avoid creating a new account accidentally.

Seeing a New Empty Profile Instead of Your Old Account?

This usually happens when:

• A different email or Facebook account was used.
• A new account got created accidentally.

Please try signing out and logging in again using your older email IDs or social accounts.

Forgot Your Old Profile Login Details?

Please contact support and share any one of the following:

• Your Pratilipi profile link by searching your profile using your name
• Any payment screenshot made from your old profile
