Please note that Pratilipi processes earnings payouts within the 10th of every month.
If your earnings are visible in the app but the amount has not yet reached your bank account, please check the following points first.
1. Check Whether Your Bank Details Are Added Correctly
Please make sure:
- Your bank account number is correct.
- Your IFSC code is entered correctly.
Incorrect bank details can delay or fail the payout process.
2. Check the Payout Processing Timeline
Earnings payouts are processed within the 10th of every month from Pratilipi.
Sometimes delays can happen due to:
- Bank processing time
- Weekends or public holidays
- Technical or verification checks
We request you to wait for the standard processing period before raising a concern.
3. Check Payout Status in the App
You can verify your earnings and payout details from:
Profile → My Earnings
4. Check Your Bank Statement Carefully
Sometimes banks do not send SMS or notification alerts immediately for credits. Please check your bank statement or passbook once.
5. If the Amount Is Still Not Credited
Please raise a ticket directly from the Pratilipi app so our team can investigate the issue further.
Note: Earnings payouts may get temporarily held from Pratilipi’s side if any validation or verification check fails.
