- Refresh the app or reopen it once.
- Check your coins balance from:
- Home screen → Tap on the Diamond icon
- Open My Coins to view your updated balance and transaction history
- Make sure you are logged into the correct Pratilipi account.
If the coins are still not visible after some time, please share the following details with our support team:
- Payment screenshot
- Transaction ID / Order ID
- Date and time of payment
Important: The screenshot should be from the payment app or payment method used (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Play Store, etc.) and must clearly show the transaction ID and payment details. This helps us track your payment and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
