Having trouble editing your published story or story part on Pratilipi? Don’t worry — this issue is usually caused by temporary app, network, or account-related problems.
Please try the following steps one by one.
How to Edit Your Published Story
To edit a published story or part:
- Open the Pratilipi app.
- Tap on Write.
- Open your story or series.
- Select the story part you want to edit.
- Tap the Edit option.
- Make your changes and tap Save or Publish again.
Changes Not Getting Saved or Published?
This may happen due to:
- Weak internet connection
- Temporary server sync issues
- Very large edits submitted at once
Please try the following:
- Edit in smaller sections.
- Save again after a few minutes.
- Reopen the draft or story before retrying.
Unable to Edit Premium or Locked Content?
Edit, Draft, and Delete options are disabled for Premium or locked series parts. This is done to ensure that the reading experience of existing readers remains uninterrupted.
