We understand your concern regarding refunds for AutoPay subscriptions.
Please note that cancelling AutoPay only stops future automatic renewals. It does not cancel or refund the subscription that is already active on your account.
Once a subscription payment has been successfully processed and the subscription is activated, refunds are generally not applicable.
How to Check Your Active Subscription
You can verify and manage your active subscriptions from:
Profile → Active Subscriptions
Important Things to Know
- Your current subscription benefits will continue until the subscription validity period ends.
- No additional charges will be deducted after AutoPay is cancelled.
- Refunds are not available for already captured payments or active subscriptions.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or charged multiple times, please share the following details with our support team:
- Payment screenshot
- Transaction ID / Order ID
- Date and time of payment
