1. Coins Not Credited After Completing the Challenge
After completing the Reading Challenge, coins must be claimed manually.
To claim your coins:
- Open the Pratilipi app.
- Go to My Profile.
- Open Reading Challenge.
- Tap Claim Coins.
Once claimed, the coins will appear in:
Home Screen → Premium Icon → My Coins
Important
- Coins must be claimed within 15 days of challenge completion.
- Unclaimed coins expire automatically after the validity period.
2. Reading Streak Broke Even Though You Read Daily
To maintain your streak, you must:
- Read at least one story or part every day.
- Complete reading until the last page or review page.
Sometimes the challenge may fail due to:
- Network sync issues
- App refresh problems
- Incomplete reading tracking
Try These Quick Fixes
- Turn Airplane Mode ON and OFF once.
- Close and reopen the app.
- Restart your phone.
- Open Reading Challenge and refresh the page.
You can also check your Recent Reads section to confirm whether your reading activity was recorded for that day.
3. Reading Progress or Challenge Days Not Updating
This usually happens due to temporary syncing or network issues.
Please try the following:
- Update the Pratilipi app to the latest version.
- Switch your internet connection between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
- Reopen the app after a few minutes.
- Read another story completely until the last page.
4. Reading Challenge Not Starting or Restarting
To activate or restart the challenge:
- Open My Profile.
- Tap Reading Challenge.
- Click Start Challenge
If it still does not start:
- Turn Airplane Mode ON and OFF.
- Restart your phone.
- Reopen the app and try again.
5. Important Things to Remember
- Reading Challenge currently works only on the Android app.
- You must read daily without missing a day.
- Reading should be completed until the last page.
- Coins need to be claimed manually after completion.
