Pratilipi is launching ‘Pratilipi Fellowship Writing Challenge’ as a part of Pratilipi Fellowship Training Program for authors. This writing challenge is mainly for the authors who enrolled in this program and got trained in series writing. But if you haven't enrolled in the Pratilipi Fellowship Program, you can also learn from our training course materials and participate separately.

How to Participate in the Writing Challenge?

You have to publish a fresh new series in the Pratilipi app following all rules given below. 

1. You have to add the ‘Pratilipi Fellowship Writing Challenge’ category to your series.

2. The first part of your series should be published after 1 Feb, 2023 (which is the start date of this training program).

3. By the last date of the writing challenge, your series should cross 50 parts. (You can continue your series after the last date and make it even longer. But make sure your series has at least 50 parts by the last date).

4. All the parts of your series should have at least 600 words.

5. Authors who have the Golden badge: If you have the Golden badge, you have to mandatorily keep your series under subscription to be eligible. If you follow the rules,your series will directly go into the Premium section.

6. Authors who do not have the Golden badge: If you don’t have the Golden badge, you can normally publish all parts of the series.

Important Dates

• Start date: 1 Feb, 2023

• End Date:15 May, 2023

To be eligible as an entry for the contest by 15 May, your series should have at least 50 parts. However, you can continue your series after the last date and make it even longer.

• Your series will be specially promoted in our social media pages.

Selection Criteria

For Registered Authors

There will be no separate judgment process. If you registered for the ‘Pratilipi Fellowship Program’ and successfully published a new series before the last date, you will become eligible for the exclusive fellowship training certification and all other benefits.

For Non-Registered Authors

There will be no separate judgment process. If you successfully publish a new series as per all the rules before the last date, you will become eligible for the exclusive fellowship Digital training certification.
