With the coins you can support your favourite authors and their contents.

You can select the sticker you wish to give to the content or author. The coin value of the sticker will go to the author's account which will help them have monetary rewards from that. 

 

3. How do I give stickers to the contents? 

You can give stickers to the contents on the content's page by clicking on ‘Support the content’ option.

 

4. How do I give stickers to the authors? 

You can give stickers to the author by clicking on the ‘Support the author’ option on their account.

 

5.  How do I support, if I don’t have enough coins in my account?

You can buy coins from the ‘My coins’ section. You can click on the coins icon at the top of the app to go to the ‘My coins’ section.

 

6. One coin is worth how much in Indian rupees?

One coin is worth 50 paisa. 

 

7. Can I give more than one sticker to the same content or the same author?

Yes, you can show your support as many times as you wish. 

 

 8. What do I get in return if I support a story or a writer with stickers?

Since authors are taking out their valuable time to write these contents, we are offering ‘stickers’ functionality  as a way to support them. By supporting these contents and writers, you get visibility on respective content pages as well as on the author's account page. All the other readers can see you as a supporter of the authors or the content. 

 

9. Where can I see all stickers I have given to the contents or authors so far?

You can see the history of all the sticker related transactions in the ‘Transaction History’ section inside the ‘My coins’ section. 

 

10. What should I do if I have bought coins but it’s not reflecting in the balance under ‘My coins’ section?

Don’t worry. We have got you. We will make sure if your money has been deducted from the bank it will be reflected back within 6-7 days of standard bank processing time. Meanwhile, you can reach out to us at [email protected]. We will try to look into the issue within 24 hours. 

 

11. Can I cash out the coins I have purchased or won via a reading challenge?

No, you can’t. These coins can only be used to support your favourite stories and writers. 

 

12. Is purchasing coins refundable?

No, once you have made the purchase, it is irreversible. You will not be able to get the refund for the same.

14. What is ‘Transaction History’?

You can see the history of all the stickers you have given so far in the ‘Transaction History’ section, inside the ‘My coins’ section. It also includes the log of your winning coins via reading challenges. Along with this any purchase of coins will also be registered in this section.

 

15. I see the ‘My earnings’ section inside the ‘My coins’ section, what is it?

As an author, whatever stickers you have received in support from your readers, you can encash 42% of the rupee value of those coins. My earnings section displays the same. This section is only visible if you have earned coins valuing at-least 1 INR via stickers on your contents and profile.
