Harvinder has lived happily through decades of writing poetry, articles and stories published in anthologies (Laughing Buddha, The Grand Indian Express – poets’ travelogue), national level magazines (Life Positive, New Woman) and newspapers (Hindustan Times, Deccan Herald, Pioneer, DNA). With a Masters in (English) Literature, and M.Ed from Delhi University, she has had a fulfilling career in education, as teacher, coordinator, principal and teacher trainer in premier institutions in India. She is currently working for innovative and holistic education as Director, ICIE, (India Council for Integral Education, Sri Aurobindo Society, Pondicherry). 10 April 2020Extremely well written and encompassed prose. A spellbinding narrative that captures the heart and soul of both characters. A powerful message luming: Love delayed is love denied over time, but always ready to be recaptured by the heart. An introverted man trying to find himself is suddenly parallel to a woman who is challenged by love while attempting to satisfy family expectations and societal norms. Both are fragile emotionally and lovelaurn for something more. This story can be further developed to show new beginnings that leave them entangled, intertwined and "caught up" by desire. Most notable is that the words used by the author to give vivid details of the scene and rationale by characters .
