Even one does not read the caption and reads the poem can easily say it comes from a person who is suffering from some illness and knows the medicines, doctors who are trying to cure the person is unable to do the pain away and the pain is so severe his hands raises up in seeking mercy of the one above who can heal one if his faith in HIM is strong. Very well phrased and touching. Just loved it.
